Software built for the way you work was never really on offer. The quote comes back in the tens of thousands with a wait measured in months, and what finally arrives is frozen the day it lands — the next change is another quote, another wait, another argument about what was included. So you stop asking. The software stands still and the business keeps moving.
What we do instead
We build your software around your actual work — your jobs, your customers, your prices, the words you already use for them. Then we keep building. There is no finish line where we hand you a folder and disappear.
You ask for changes the way you’d ask someone who works for you: “if a quote hasn’t been answered in three days, tell me.” We ask questions back until we are sure what you meant. Then you get it in your hands and try it yourself, before anyone else sees it. If it isn’t right, you say so, and we go again.
Changing your mind costs time, not money
Say it’s wrong and we build it again. Say it’s wrong a third time and we build it a third time. There’s no charge for another go — no change order, no new quote, no argument about what was included.
That isn’t generosity. If asking cost you money you would stop asking, and you’d settle for software that is nearly right, which is exactly how you got here. We would rather find out on the third try than never find out at all.
You pay one monthly amount, and asking for more doesn’t move it. Some ready-made pieces we can drop in carry a small monthly of their own; you’ll know what one costs before you say yes.
Yours in the ways that matter
- The account it runs on. Your software lives on an account opened in your business’s name. We set it up, we pay for it, and we run it. If we ever go our separate ways, that account transfers to you.
- Everything in it. Your customer list, your job history, your numbers — yours. Download all of it whenever you like, without asking us first.
- None of the upkeep. We own the software itself and we look after it: keeping it up, fixing what breaks, making it better. Nobody on your staff has to become the person who understands computers.
